Over the Last year There have Been Several Changes on Fees and Cost that Clients Might incur . the Biggest Change Will Be the overall Fee Structure and How we operate . over the last few years , and starting in 2019 our costs have risen to continue to operate . our per act Fees will Remain the Same $5.00 per Act . the Biggest Fee changes this year are Power of attorney signings , wich have risen to 50.00 from $40.00 Due to Persons in the past When Scheduling Notary appointments in the past and then canceling or “NO shows ” has caused us to have to Raise our Min. Travel Fee to 45 dollars . this amount Will not be reduced for any reason. if you Require assistance on a holiday or Federal Holiday there will be an additional Fee of $40.00 fax services will no longer be offered. Prices on Contracts are $75.00 signing Fee plus Min. travel Fee $45.00 EDOC FEE ARE BILLED $85.00 PER HOUR . emergency notary please add $50.00 . elopements are 125.00 and $600.00. Booking Fees 150.00 non refundable if canceled.loan modifications start at $75.00 min. Weekend fees are in addition to ALL Fees For Services are 15.00 . there is an additional $4.00 for document ailing to client . All signings have a 30 minute window if it takes more than 30 Minutes to complete assignment there will be an additional $30.00 fee.
